Does this mean that you have to be able to walk while you are not standing?

A recruiter sent me a position today that says:

"This position requires 90% sitting, 5% standing, 5% walking and occasional lifting up to 24 pounds"

If you would like to know more, I'll send the complete description.

I asked him this question that he didn't answer.
"One question in case they ask, though - if it requires 90% sitting,  5% standing, 5% walking, does this mean that you have to be able to walk while you are not standing?"

I wonder why?  Maybe it's a sign of the young drive-by "professionals" who have dehumanized the coprorate work environment - you know, like the HR managers who were proud to state during the worst of the recession that they were not accepting applications from anyone who was currently unemployed - a policy that could serve no purpose from which the company would benefit. It's only possible affects would be to reduce the number of candidates that these genius HR Managers would have to review, and narrow the pool of talent from which the company could select skills.  Meanwhile, that fad swept through corporate america while so many dumbass wannabe's just implemented it by default because it sounded good to their ears.

We are in trouble.
